It was a very hot weekend in Chernivtsy. Riders did not have an easy work to do. Track was exciting and riders could show all their abilities.
A crowd of Ukrainian spectators made a great atmosphere and it was the real spectacular day for them.
Bill Julien took 47 points in Chernivtsy. Being focused and wanting to take revenge. This time he had no problems and showed us some great speed. Swiss rider is now 28 points in front of Milko Potisek. Martin Zerava Motoman from Czech Republic finished third overall and made his first podium this season on the MX3 World Championship. Michek Martin finished fourth missed the podium for only two points for the mechanical problems.
1st – Julien Bill (Swiss): »I am so content with the weekend! Yesterday the pole position was mine and I knew I can do top result today. In second race I took first holeshot this season. We had a great fight with Milko Potisek .”
2nd – Potisek Milko (France): »It was for me good race I keep my points for the World Championship. First heat I took a good start. That was a way to win. I enjoy much seeing the great public atmosphere. I’m ready for next week in Slovenia.
3rd – Martin Zerava ( Chech Republik ): »Today was great day for me, I finished on podium finally. That is very good for me. Track was well prepared. Race was difficult because of the really hot weather. Hope to have podium next week again.
