Repsol Honda MotoGP star Dani Pedrosa made a guest appearance at the penultimate round of the 2010 SPEA FIM Indoor Trial World Championship held in Madrid. In front of a packed arena, the pint sized tarmac racer received a very warm welcome as he made his way to the centre stage on board a Repsol Montesa trials bike. After his official duties Pedrosa remained an interested spectator right through to the finish as he watched Bou take his third win of the series.
"I really like to ride trial, it is a special feeling although my level is not so good. I don’t think Bou needs to worry about me just yet. I think trials is a good way to train and can be good for throttle and clutch control for all forms of motorcycling." Dani stated.
"To watch Bou and Fujinami is incredible, their level of skill and precision is a joy to see and difficult to really appreciate. Sitting in the seats you don’t see the true size of the obstacles, but down here on the floor you can really understand just how big everything is. I have a real respect for these guys.” Pedrosa ended.
